Successful change management.

Established the sustainability platform for Brookfield Residential across North America. This included building support of the Executive and regional leadership, establishing governance and organisation, creating a sustainability strategy, leading an internal training program, establishing metrics and reporting, and leading change management across twelve regions and multiple business units.

Investigated and evaluated emerging issues ranging from liveability and energy / water efficiency to climate change. Worked across business functions and directly with regional operations to build awareness and start to embed sustainability into business decisions and to add value.

Researched and developed a sustainable development strategy for the company following the merger of Calgary-based Carma Developers with Brookfield Homes. Organised first company 'Sustainability Summit' in Fall 2012.
