Mobilizing under-utilized land.

Ellerslie Racecourse Masterplan (2003 - 2008).  Led the development of a masterplan for one of Auckland’s most high profile and valuable sites. This makes more efficient use of under-utilized land to create a comprehensive mixed-use TOD development. The masterplan formed the basis for successful rezoning and partnerships with private developers.
